In an effort to efficiently and effectively meet the needs, desires, and concerns of the Membership within the South West Region. The Regional Office has created this method of communicating with us. We understand that there is at times a sense of trepidation at voicing what some may consider unpopular opinions, however we still believe that those opinions are worth hearing. The following suggestion box is our way of mitigating and resolving this issue by allowing you the membership to send the Regional Office a completely anonymous message which we will review and do our best to incorporate into our methodology for bettering ourselves and our region.

While we can't enforce or demand that the Code of Conduct is obeyed, we would ask that if you phrase your comments and/or complaints in a fashion that will allow us to meet your needs rather than deal with the discomfort of volatile and non-constructive spam.
