Greetings South West!
As another month passes, I would like for all of you to be confident that the regional coordinator staff is shaping up and gearing up to implement a lot of great things for the members of the best region! Newsletters, new options for the website, programs to get prestige up to date, programs to begin cross domain mentorship, and projects to recruit new membership. The next few months are going to be very exciting as we see many of these ideas come into fruition. As always, please remember that I have an open door and am available for any member who is looking for an ear, has a question, or anything else that might be needed of me.
I definitely want to take an opportunity to extend congratulations to Jamie Homampour on his newly elected position as the National Services Administrator. I am certain that he will do the South West proud. I know that I am proud of him!

1. Our Requiem Venue continues to enjoy excellent paricipation, not only by our current members, but also by returning members and visitors. Last Requiem Game had twenty-eight (28) players show for an elaborate wake for a member of the Lancea Sanctum. We are continuing to work on recruiting more players and re-recruiting past members. Things are looking very bright in our "World of Darkness."

2. After several brief discussions, we ill be working with our closest
neighbor, the Domain of Myst (CA-051-D) to develop a number of "cross-domain"
storylines. We have already begun work on running the "Hauberk of Blood"
plotkit for several member of Lancea Sanctum in both the the Domain of Myst and
Twilight Chronicles. I am
especially pleased to note a major increase in attendance for both our Domain
and the Domain of Myst (their most recent game enjoyed about 25+ people in
attendance).

Geoff Van Ess was recommended for 6 month on time reporting in Nov 2005 by RST Kevin Millard, but the award has not shown up on the NCs report to date (likely because of Myst late reports). Several Members who renewed are showing as expired. Will work with them to make sure their membership credits get applied correctly.

Reply from the RC: Open awards for domain list moderation should be made in the DC report. That suffices for verification of the moderation of those lists.
