II. Summary of the Month:

The goal of the South West Regional Coordinator’s office is to have the reports up to date and on the website by the end of May. Other project consist of planning events, making sure the membership has all the information it needs, updated and on a single website; as well as the stream lining of the regional staff.

III. Questions/Problems from the RC & Staff:

	Had some confusion regarding the event dates for ICC. Obtained a copy of the contract and forwarded the information to Charles Bailey and the ICC team for clarification Heard a rumor that someone at National was displeased with the management/planning of ICC thus far. After checking all sources at National and White Wolf directly, have proven this to be a false rumor and a possible intentional fabrication. Wish to clarify that the SW Region, not necessarily the Domain of Tithe of Souls AZD05, is hosting ICC. I have leads from multiple locations and states on the teams, not just AZD05. What’s up with the proposed West Coast Regional Event? From the RC: I’ll be addressing this in full detail in the April report. I have prepared a couple of web pages for Events, but am having difficulty getting the IT team to accept them/load/link them.  I have contacted Lisa and Nick and am awaiting resolution.

The following projects are ongoing: Creating and maintaining an accurate database of South West Region members who are membership class 9+. Access for all DCs and CCs within the iCamarilla database.
