II. Summary

This month we donated even more bears in February than we did in
January. That's just awesome people keep it up. I've been a little
slow with responding to email this month, sorry about that. Working
overtime hell, 70+ hour work weeks sucks! It's over now thank god.

We're getting closer and closer to SWaRE 08 plus USCC 08 is just
around the corner.

I updated to the CRD to reflect our current SWRC staff, didn't realize
I hadn't done that yet. Plus I updated about half a dozen CC/DC in the
CRD.

I'll be sending out an All Call soon for a new ARC Newsletter. Brian
has decided to step away for personal reasons. I'll miss having him on
staff. Thanks for making our News Letter something enjoyable to read
the last few years.

FGoTM Prestige
Please don't forget if you ran one of these you need to send me the
awards in the National Con Excel Prestige format. I'm still waiting on
a few different months. If you need a copy of the Con sheet email me
and I'll send it to you. Those awards will be posted on the USNC site
once I've finished reviewing them if and when are they sent to me.

FGoTM are worth a General/Regional Prestige split if you have 50+
people in attendance or have it set up like a Convention - Hotel and
Convention space. It is considered a Special Event.

To all if you find typos or incorrect information. The best time to
send me an email about it is around the 12th of the following month.
That way the correction is fresh in my head plus I won't have to go
digging for the email. Please keep the emails coming I do try and
correct stuff you guys let me know about. Thanks.

CA -28 D: Unable to get Michael Crawford (US2002045377) onto the CRD.
He cannot use his Club Tokens to renew membership.

HI-005D: Our Domain hosted the Featured Game of the Month in November
of 2007, though we have yet to hear anything regarding our Regional
Prestige. The log that was requested by the Regional staff was sent,
but to no avail. Is there anything further that Regional needs from us
in order to approve the Regional Prestige?

I'm working on it, sorry for the delay. SWRC

HI-005D: Our Member Zarli Win (US2004071604) noticed that there is an
"Exceptional Service" award of zero points awarded to him on the site.
Was his "Exceptional Service" so unexceptional that it warranted no
prestige? If this award is not meant to be there, is there a way that
we can have it removed from the site?

Email Peace our NC he maintains the website I'm sure he won't have a
problem correcting the link.

AZ-15-I: I still have not heard anything regarding Heather Levitt's
(US2007090565) Membership Test that she claims was not properly
graded. I would like to be able to inform her as to what is going on
with this, if there is any news to share.

I'm pretty sure I answered this last month. But it got re-graded and I
believe she passed. You can double check by going to the ordeal site
and entering her cam number. SWRC

AZ 15-I: Can the volunteer Cammie's gain prestige for their work at
the shop, if the owner is donating money directly into the Chapter
fund?

You're going to have to explain this much more clearly for me to
understand exactly what you're asking me. Send me an email. SWRC

CA 054 D: Questions: Can the SW regional website be made more up to
date on RST reports, the last one on there is July 2007. I rely on the
website for reports for the prestige recommendations for my DST.

Regional: The RST prestige recommendations past july, are in the RC
report for reference, as the ARC reports/Admin had been given them
from part 1 of the rst report by Mercer's Admin, and gearmans should
be going in this report as we get them. Plus DC actually award DST
prestige the RST is just recommending based on what they see on their
end.

CA 022 D: 1)I have three temporary members at this point, and I can't
find any of them in the CRD. Is there something that I need to have
them do in order to show them in the CRD?

Regional; can we please get their names, and if you have a cam number
for them we can take a look, otherwise this should be brought up with
Sean mooney, MSA.

Ca 016 C: The newly elected chapter coordinator has not been set as the Chapter

Coordinator within the CDR. How can this be changed, so the new coordinator

can then get access to the CDR resources and be added to proper lists needed

for his office?

Regional: I believe that has been corrected, but the DC should be able
to edit their CC's within the CRD. Otherwise just have the new CC
email me and I'll fix it myself.

IV. Projects

ARC Arbitration Projects:

I want to assemble a database of all Regional Arbitration issues,
past and present. This will aid the ARC: Arbitration and the RC in
investigating the history of the principals involved.

I want to host Code of Conduct workshops and promote CoC education at
the Domain and Chapter level.

ARC Independants Projects:

I am still making attempts at getting all of the Chapters and
Independent members to report in a timely fashion, though because I am
not on the CRD as their coordinator, I do not have access to their
e-mail addresses. I will continue in my efforts to track them down.

ARC Prestige Projects:

[- I am continuing to use the Prestige Audit Queue, however I have
found that weekly updates have not been entirely useful as often
times, those prestige logs that are "Pending Final Review" have been
pending for longer than a week (2 or more weeks).

- Again, response regarding this project has been limited. However I
still believe that this is a useful tool for the Coordinator
(Additional feedback would be nice).

- I have several audits pending a final review by the Regional
Coordinator. As he has expressed to me a very busy work schedule, I
thank everyone in advance for their patience while their audits are in
pending status. I am confident these review will be completed very
soon.
