Our Regional Charity Drive for Hugs
Across America has exploded into
the form of massive donations. 480 Bears donated in less than a month.
We donated so much this month the "Hugs" director thanked us by
posting our Club logo on their website. Good Job Everyone! I look
forward to seeing if we can beat this in February and March.

CA -28 D: Unable to get Michael Crawford
(US2002045377) onto the CRD.
He cannot use his Club Tokens to renew membership.
QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REGIONAL:
CA 054 D: Questions: Can we resolve all future disputes in the fashion
of the SCA?
Regional: No, go check your membership handbook and the Code of Conduct
HI-005D: Our Domain hosted the Featured Game of the Month in November
of 2007, though we have yet to hear anything regarding our Regional
Prestige. The log that was requested by the Regional staff was sent,
but to no avail. Is there anything further that Regional needs from us
in order to approve the Regional Prestige?
---I'm still waiting on getting it in the National Format. As of yet
I've seen nothing. -- SWRC
AZ-15-I: I still have not heard anything
regarding Heather Levitt's
(US2007090565) Membership Test that she claims was not properly
graded. I would like to be able to inform her as to what is going on
with this, if there is any news to share.

AZ 15-I: Can the volunteer Cammie's
gain prestige for their work at
the shop, if the owner is donating money directly into the Chapter
fund?
This will have to be explained a lot more before I can give an answer. SWRC
AZ 010D: I have a member that has not received any prestige since
2003. I do not have any records before this. Who is a good contact
to help dig up some old archives?
Why hasn't that member been tracking their own prestige then? Need

IV. Projects

ARC Arbitration Projects:
I want to assemble a database of all Regional Arbitration issues,
past and present. This will aid the ARC: Arbitration and the RC in
investigating the history of the principals involved.
I want to host Code of Conduct workshops and promote CoC education at
the Domain and Chapter level.
ARC Independants Projects:
I am still making attempts at getting all of the Chapters and
Independent members to report in a timely fashion, though because I am
not on the CRD as their coordinator, I do not have access to their
e-mail addresses. I will continue in my efforts to track them down.
ARC Prestige Projects:
- This month (01/2008) I instituted a new program (Regional Prestige
Audit Queue) for use as a tool by our Coordinators so that our members
have a weekly update regarding the status of their prestige reviews.
- Response regarding this project has been limited, but I believe
that this will serve as a useful tool for our coordinators and
increase transparency at the Regional Level.
- No additional projects at this time.
- I have receive a number of request for audits.
- Update and review for next report: 03/01/08
ARC Charities Project:
January 2008 "Hugs Across America" Charity - January has ended,
charity will run until the end of March.
