The deadlines for filing your reports are as follows:
CSTs: 1st of the month
DSTs: 7th of the month
ARSTs: 10th of the month

Some people do put out an edited version to their CC, their local list and to sw-st@dppw.tamu.edu. They remove plot line stuff to keep the surprise for their chapter members and fellow STs.

This is for mini-plotkits. This is where you mention ongoing and/or future plotlines, long term plotlines, etc... What's going on in your Chapter in the foreseable future? This section is where you mention plotlines that you are currently running or will be running soon.
