Sonata's Embrace
By James Webster

It was a balmy night in the late summer of Florence, Italy, as Andrew passed through the oaken doors to his friend and mentor's study. "Sit down and pour yourself a Drink Andrew." Richard said aloud in a voice that almost could not be heard if it was not for the stillness of the night. Andrew poured himself some club soda never really having developed a liking for alcohol in any form. He sat himself in the soft silk couch opposite Richard.

The Realm of the Beast
by Tye Graham

My brothers and sisters,

I have a tale to tell. I am not moon dancer, but I will try to tell it with the best of what I can. There are no gibbous moons to tell it yet.

Many nights ago I called together the warriors of my sept and the den father protector for a quest I wished to go on. I have heard many stories of other realms in the spirit world. The realm of wolfhome. The realm of Erebus. I wanted to find a crossing place. A place that crosses the near and deep umbra. It seems my words inspired them, or their moons boiled in their blood hoping for battle, for they chose to follow me in my quest.

Flys-Off-Handle of the Get of Fenris, Marks the Fence of the Bone Gnawers, and Adante Measurestride our den father of the Stargazers. Young, but strong garou.

The night was a bright one in the umbra when I started my Rite of the Questing Stone. We were all eager for the coming battles that we knew we would find. The full moon shown down on us, urging us on.

The night was cold
and I was awake
far earlier than I should have been.
My girl was asleep
next to me
and my legs ached
to get up and move.
